Mumbai civilians are known for living a fast and strenuous lifestyle but adhering to such a lifestyle only makes you tired and mentally exhausted thus resulting in dull and bad skin. In conversation with our Divisional Head of Beauty & Skin, Arundhati Tathe, she was kind enough to share a few easy tips on how we could achieve glowing skin ;
1. Drinking Water & Exercising : Drinking at least 8-10 glasses a day will help purify and cleanse your skin from any dirt and toxins. Exercising will not only keep you fit but will also help your skin achieve a natural glow. Breathing exercises and yoga are really helpful too.
2. Use a proper Skin Care Routine : Ensure that you follow the Cleanse, Tone and Moisturise skin routine. Start your day with a day cream and end your day with a night cream as she would suggest. Exfoliate your skin at least 2 times a week and use a face masque according to your skin type after exfoliating. If you have dry skin use a nourishing face masque and if you have oily skin then use a purifying masque.
