Monsoon Hairstyles

The monsoons are known for unpredictable rain, even if the weather forecast says that it is going to be a dry and sunny day, some way or another you will come across these unpredictable wet showers. The only option left is to always be prepared for the worst! Whether you are on your way to work, rushing for a meeting or simply joining the family for brunch, there is a way to avoid looking like a grizzly bear and turn your hair look malfunction into a slaying hairstyle. Our Style Director Trupti has shared a few easy do it yourself messy hairstyles that you can create once your hair has been air-dried or blow-dried.

1. A messy bun is always the best idea since it is quick and easy, pull out a few strands of hair from the side and Voila! You got yourself an effortlessly chic look.

2. A messy high ponytail will also do the trick of making your hair appear fuller and longer, wrapping a section of your hair around your ponytail will elevate it from your regular ponytail.

3. Since your hair is already texturized and a bit frizzy due to being air-dried after getting drenched, you can use that frizzy volume to create a messy and loose low braid. However, if you wish for a neater appearance you can switch it up with a fishtail braid or a dutch braid.

4. If you have no time for a braid and you are looking for something to create in less than a minute, then you can create two twisties on both sides and joining them creating a small ponytail for an easy yet playful look.
