The residue from leftover shampoo and conditioner can cause a flakey scalp, make sure to thoroughly wash out everything.
Use a mild shampoo and conditioner should only be applied from mid lengths to ends.
Invest in a dandruff shampoo and use it only once a week.
If you’re used to oiling your hair make sure you put it on only for half an hour before washing.
