Most of the solutions and tips on the internet are for skin issues like skin dryness, oiliness, and sunburn. However, there are barely any remedies suggested for other common skin issues like dull skin, tanned skin, and dark knees that most women face. Having dark knees or elbows can restrict you from wearing so many of your favorite outfits due to embarrassment and tanned dull skin is never appreciated. We understand how difficult it gets for women to carry out their busy routines while feeling insecure about how they look. To help fix your skin problem and boost your self-confidence we have come up with a few Do It Yourself masks and scrubs that you can easily create with ingredients that are already available in your kitchen.
1. To Brighten Dark Knees and Elbows – Mix 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil and 1 Tbsp of walnut powder to create a thick paste and apply on to the dark area. Rinse off using cold water and continuously apply coconut oil on to your knees after a shower.
2. To Reduce Skin Tann – Mix 2 Tbsp of tomato pulp with 1 Tbsp of honey and apply it to the tanned area. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
3. To Hydrate Dull Skin – Mix 1 Tsp of refined white sugar with 1 mashed cucumber, apply it to your face for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water
