1. Applying Glycerin to your Cracked heels :

Glycerin locks in the moisture in your feet and retains it for a long time. Applying it to your clean feet before sleeping for 20-25 minutes will help reduce and heal your cracked heels.

Everyone of us have a pair of shoes that we absolutely love but need to squeeze our feet into due to it being tight or small. Wearing such shoes will only lead to corns on your feet along with ingrown nail problems. Going for rounded shoes rather than pointed or tight shoes will save you from this hassle.
